Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide scripting and insurance expertise support for AI projects in insurance telesales and customer service.
2. Organize the scripting and operational processes for insurance business scenarios, create an insurance industry knowledge base, and develop interactive AI products that cover a variety of business types.
3. Based on the actual needs of projects in different countries, summarize and refine the existing scripting content of insurance clients, or analyze and organize their working processes, and design targeted AI scripts and knowledge base content.
4. During project testing and delivery, collaborate with local AI product and operations teams to train AI robots, iterate scripts, continuously optimize marketing and operational effectiveness, and achieve client business goals.
Qualifications:
1. Over three years of work experience in AI outbound technology companies, telesales departments of insurance companies/intermediaries, or large call centers. Profound understanding of at least one of the following areas: auto insurance marketing, health insurance, or long-term life insurance marketing. Experience in scriptwriting, telesales script training, or script quality inspection.
2. Strong marketing mindset and sensitivity to scripts. Quick-thinking, with strong learning ability and knowledge transfer skills.
3. Fluent in English.
