At TalentPop, we help eCommerce brands scale with world-class customer support — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a resourceful and detail-driven Email Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role blends email coordination, community engagement, and administrative support — perfect for someone who’s organized, marketing-aware, and comfortable working behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with the setup and scheduling of email campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
  • Organize campaign assets, contact lists, and segment updates
  • Track performance data and compile clear reports for internal teams
  • Maintain SOPs, campaign checklists, and shared resources
  • Support return trends tracking by analyzing return portal data and organizing findings
  • Respond to community engagement via DMs, ad comments, and customer threads
  • Collaborate with account managers on marketing updates and ad-hoc admin tasks
  • Research competitive campaigns and trends when needed

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in email marketing, digital coordination, or admin support
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong attention to data and detail
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and project management platforms like Asana or ClickUp
  • Strong communication skills — you write clearly and collaborate well across teams
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities with calm and clarity
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with SEO, PPC, or content writing

Technical Requirements

  • A laptop or desktop with at least an i5 processor (or Mac equivalent)
  • A reliable internet connection with at least 15 Mbps download/upload speed
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace

What We Offer

  • 100% remote work — work from where you’re most comfortable
  • Health and dental insurance (or a health stipend based on location)
  • Annual salary reviews and raises based on your performance
  • Paid time off to support work-life balance
  • Growth opportunities within our team
  • Access to learning tools, regular feedback, and a people-first culture
  • Flexible working hours — we focus on results, not micromanagement

If you’re excited to build systems that support marketing at scale, and want to grow with a company that values your work — we’d love to meet you.

Apply now and let’s build something great together.
