Job Description :

  • Product Development/Planning: to supply right product/price/place on time to Indonesia Market and control the PSI properly.
  • Market Analysis: understanding market needs and happening (3C/PEST/SWOT/Competitor Info).
  • Making a Product Strategy: analyze growth potential and the marketability of the product segment, and make 3-years roadmap for each SDA Product.
  • Optimize the Import: choose an optimal import OEM vendor and trade scheme.
  • Negotiation: to negotiate with factory/OEM vendor, address cross-cutting product planning to maximize procurement.
  • Coordination with sales Teams: Understands the big picture of Indonesian market and helps to facilitate execution via proper communication and coordination.
  • Updating PSI rolling, maintain stock level, forecast sales, purchase planning, profit control.
  • Control and coordinate PSI to factory, prepare production planning T+3M.
  • Setting Sales Budget/target, price & profit.
  • Product Strategy, Product preparation, Timeline, Product launching.
  • Market Monitoring, update and analyze GFK Data.
  • Update price comparison and others information related product AC.
  • Market survey to modern and traditional channel.
  • FOB Price Management.
  • Coordinate with sales department in maintain sales progress.
  • Product strategy update & road map updated.

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience preferably in marketing/product planning relations function(s)
  • Have a good knowledge about Refrigerant/AC/TV/Washing Machine/etc
  • Knowing how and what factors can affect perception of products especially in consumer goods
  • Fluency in English
  • Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
  • Presentable, articulate, and excellent communication skill
  • Good negotiation, detailed oriented & numbers friendly
  • Logically and analytically minded
  • Professional, serious for work at hand, and responsive on all matters
  • Must know how and what factors can affect perception product especially in home appliances electronics company
  • Love and enjoy all things about the product planning
  • Vaccinated for Covid-19
