The Procurement Officer will support the Operational Procurement Manager in overseeing purchases and developing new contracts, procuring high-quality and cost-efficient feedstock for PT VSI.   9. Maintain and update a list of suppliers, including qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
  10. Collaborate with team members and the procurement manager to complete duties as needed.
  11. Identify new suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Purchasing/Procurement Staff, preferably in the Plastic Recycling Industry.
  • Ability to analyze problems, strategize for better solutions, negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Accurate, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, organized team player.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite.
  • Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Willingness to work at PIER – Pasuruan.
