  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of stores with the aim to maximize profit and manage the costs efficiently.
  • Ensure the stores operation run smoothly and in accordance with the Brand's standard, make sure that AE & BA are all working towards the daily and monthly target with service for excellence attitude.
  • Manage and analyze stock inventory level and make key decision related to stock control.
  • Analyze sales figures and sales forecast; analyze and interpret sales trend for strategic planning.
  • Manage staffs issues which includes man power planning, performance appraisal and monitor the improvement, as well as coordinate training and development for staffs.
  • Follow up customer complaints and comments; as well as customer relations management.
  • Organize special promotions, displays and events.
  • Market update including competitor update, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
  • Proactive to initiate necessary changes to improve the business, e.g. revising shift hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, any major (preferably from Business/Management).
  • 5-8 years of experience as Sales / Operation / Retail Manager in cosmetic / personal care / retail, as well as have a good understanding in cosmetic display.
  • Strong leadership and team work.
  • Hard worker, creative, proactive and full of initiative; good capacity to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Target oriented and strong managerial competency (planning, organizing, executing, controlling, and internal process).
  • Customer focus, shrewd business sense and commercial awareness.
  • Computer literate ( MS Office Program ).
  • Willing to be stationed in Jakarta.
