About the Role: As an Account Executive Intern, you will work closely with our experienced Account Management team to support the growth and retention of our client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the fundamentals of account management, sales, and customer relationship building. Responsibilities: Client Support: Assist Account Managers in providing excellent customer service and support to existing clients. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and potentially in-person meetings. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system. Sales Support: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and opportunities. Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports on client activity and performance. Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Account Management team. Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions and seek opportunities to expand your knowledge of our products/services and the industry. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and results-oriented attitude. A genuine interest in sales and client management.
