Responsible deliver budgeted sales (Sell In and Sell Out, NSR) and profit (NCM) for the Local Foodstores they control in area by leading key account strategic initiative, pricing strategies, innovative volume driving promotional programs, and implementation of defined packaging in order to achieve profitable growth volume and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for account development also overall management process, including Establish and manage business partnership and Negotiate with respective account to achieve best possible implementation of company’s excellent market execution
  • Lead negotiation process with account (Local) including Trading Term agreement process and other negotiation process (Business Plan)
  • Responsible in aligning forecast with local account actual condition & develop action plan to achieve forecast.
  • Monitor and review existing account performance in regular basis to Evaluate existing account performance and ensure its compliance with agreed contract
  • Align with internal team (Sales GT, Sales MT, Commercial Development, CSSC & Finance) to build sustainable business process to serving the customers
  • Optimize Company’s program implementation in respective account as per plan and proposing investment recommendation (pricing strategies, asset, promo, display, program, etc) for respective account
