Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for account development also overall management process, including Establish and manage business partnership and Negotiate with respective account to achieve best possible implementation of company’s excellent market execution
- Lead negotiation process with account (Local) including Trading Term agreement process and other negotiation process (Business Plan)
- Responsible in aligning forecast with local account actual condition & develop action plan to achieve forecast.
- Monitor and review existing account performance in regular basis to Evaluate existing account performance and ensure its compliance with agreed contract
- Align with internal team (Sales GT, Sales MT, Commercial Development, CSSC & Finance) to build sustainable business process to serving the customers
- Optimize Company’s program implementation in respective account as per plan and proposing investment recommendation (pricing strategies, asset, promo, display, program, etc) for respective account
- Good networking in targeted channel
- Advanced negotiation and influencing skill (both Internal and External)
- Understanding trend on Local Key Account market
