Your Tasks :
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively engaging new customers.
• Develop and implement an annual digital activity plan in collaboration with eCommerce. partners, aligned with the digital sales strategy to drive profitable sales growth (including joint business planning and roadmap creation).
• Drive strategic partnerships and accelerate growth while adhering to approved trade marketing guidelines and ensuring efficient and effective trade and media investments (including listing definitions and Trade Terms & Conditions – TTC).
• Formulate promotional strategies for the eCommerce channel by analyzing business models, market competition, and emerging trends.
• Evaluate eCommerce sales performance, define KPIs, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations for future improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including eCommerce controlling, marketing, digital marketing, and supply chain—to support pilot programs and the onboarding of new customers.
• Play a key role in shaping and executing both the short- and long-term strategies of BDF’s eCommerce business.
• Assess and improve sales systems and processes across e-tailers, promoting standardization and optimization through best practice sharing and capability building.
Your Profile :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategic planning, digital business, or business development.
• Demonstrated success in launching or scaling digital channels and partnership models.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Background in FMCG, retail, or distribution, with strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Proven track record in driving business growth through sales or marketing, supported by strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in eCommerce operations and processes.
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Magento, with a strong aptitude for data analysis and mining; skilled in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to independently lead and motivate cross-functional internal teams.
