In order to have ASEAN become our 3rd pillar after Europe & China, we are looking for an Asean Business Developer (M/F)

Mission

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to lead SNECI’s expansion in ASEAN. The role involves driving commercial growth, building key partnerships, and implementing strategic initiatives across industries such as energy, automotive, aeronautics, rail, ….. thanks to 3 complementary activities :

• to help suppliers expand their business internationally

• to help industrial OEMs and suppliers improve Profitability, Quality, Projects and Deliveries

• to support all our customers ‘needs in evaluating and decreasing CO2 emissions

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategy & Business Development

• Lead SNECI’s ASEAN strategy with the CEO and Business Unit (BU) VPs.

• Develop relationships with major corporations in target industries.

• Identify and expand into emerging markets

2. Sales & Commercial Growth

• Define market priorities and secure new business opportunities.

• Build partnerships with key decision-makers in ASEAN.

• Implement effective sales and diversification strategies.

3. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with:

• CEO in France & Managing Director in China.

• Business Unit VPs and local teams.

• Support teams based in France.

Profil

10+ years in sales, consulting, or engineering (preferably industrial or international experience).

Strong market analysis, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business.

Leadership & intercultural communication skills.

Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.

Self-sufficient with a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset.

Willing to travel and engage with clients regularly.
