detikJogja is looking for IT Support that includes Network Support, Streaming Support, and Helpdesk Support. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance of network systems/streaming support and answering user inquiries regarding network or hardware operations to resolve problems.
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, network support, or a related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta, Indonesia
Technical Skills:
• Solid understanding of computer systems, hardware, and networking.
• Familiar with basic network troubleshooting (IP configuration, connectivity issues, router/switch setup).
• Experience with helpdesk support and resolving user technical issues.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, and/or Linux).
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
• Comfortable using remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
