About Our Client

A leading multinational hospitality service solutions is expanding their business and looking to hire for Business Development Manager to acquire & expand the partnerships with luxury resorts and entertainment venue in Bali.

Job Description

• Identify potential partnerships with theme parks, attractions, and luxury resorts.

• Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

• Negotiate, finalize, and integrate contract terms with business operations.

• Stay well-informed about the market and competitors.

• Provide regular reports and updates to the line manager as needed.

• Maintain strong relationships with senior management at partner organizations and identify new opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure successful project completion.

• Foster and expand existing partnerships within the company's portfolio.

• Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through new photography initiatives.

• Provide timely reports and updates to the line manager as required.

The Successful Applicant

• Graduate with 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in business development/sales.

• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Preference for candidates with experience in the hospitality industry and a strong network of luxury properties in Bali.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Open to local Indonesian citizens only.

• Must be willing to travel extensively within the region as needed.
