  • Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies in line with overall business goals
  • Analyze revenue performance, market trends, and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies and inventory management
  • Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance to senior management
  • Optimize room rates and allocation based on demand forecasts and market analysis
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that drive occupancy and revenue
  • Support in training and mentoring junior staff in revenue management best practices
  • Conduct regular audits of booking data and system updates to ensure accuracy and compliance


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in revenue management or analytics, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation and revenue forecasting
  • Proficient in revenue management systems, MS Excel, and other analytical tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Experience in managing staff or leading projects is a plus
