Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing revenue management strategies in line with overall business goals
- Analyze revenue performance, market trends, and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies and inventory management
- Prepare and present regular reports on revenue performance to senior management
- Optimize room rates and allocation based on demand forecasts and market analysis
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to design promotional campaigns that drive occupancy and revenue
- Support in training and mentoring junior staff in revenue management best practices
- Conduct regular audits of booking data and system updates to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in revenue management or analytics, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation and revenue forecasting
- Proficient in revenue management systems, MS Excel, and other analytical tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Experience in managing staff or leading projects is a plus
