Job Description
• Monitoring and leading all IT teams
• Coordination with users to identify needs
• Create feature prototypes to be delegated to the developer team
• Determining the Minimum Viable Product for each feature
• Conduct testing and validating business processes with the features being developed
• Socialize with users for the implementation of features that have been created
• Review feedback by users on features that have been released
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proven experience with a minimum of 2 years experience as IT Manager or Tech Lead
• Effective leadership skills (good communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities)
• Extensive knowledge of best practices in coding & technical designs
• Able to design and improve the development process
• Able to make measured tradeoffs on technical decisions in Front-End and Back-End
