As an E-commerce BD, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our presence across various e-commerce platforms. You will coordinate with internal and external teams (RM from e-commerce), account managers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations, drive sales growth, and execute successful promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Principal Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with brand principals, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and mutually beneficial agreements.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) and external stakeholders (e-commerce account manager, distributors, suppliers) to align e-commerce strategies.

• E-commerce Strategy: Develop and implement account-specific strategies to boost sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing e-commerce initiatives.

• Content Management: Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.

• Issue Resolution: Promptly resolve technical, logistical, or operational issues impacting e-commerce performance.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging e-commerce opportunities.

• Reporting and Insights: Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

• Experience: 2-3 years in e-commerce account management, or e-commerce relationship manager, preferably in the electronics industry.

• Availability: Able to join ASAP.

• Language: Fluent in English is MANDATORY (written and spoken, proven by TOEFL certificate is a plus)

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple brands or SKUs across diverse platforms.

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
