Job Description :
• Manage end-to-end operations of the official online store, including product uploads, stock updates, pricing adjustments, and promotions in the online store, etc.
• Handle all promotional features such as flash sales, big sales, discounts, bundling, double-date campaigns, etc., on each marketplace platform (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop).
• Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to develop promotional strategies aimed at increasing revenue (GMV), both on a month-to-date and year-to-date basis.
• Optimize the effectiveness of Ads on marketplace platforms by analyzing the ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) for each Paid Ad used.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team to monitor stock availability/inventory, as well as track the process of shipment, receipt, or returns by customers.
• Prepare progress reports on online sales targets, ad performance analysis, etc.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as an E-Commerce Specialist, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies on marketplace platforms, particularly in optimizing the use of Paid Ads, CPAS, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Experienced in using ERP systems and MS Excel (Excel formulas like Vlookup, and creating Pivot Tables).
• Experienced in preparing detailed E-Commerce reports (Sales, ROAS, Inventory, etc.).
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Able to join immediately.
