- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or related discipline).
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, for effective communication with expats, employees, and stakeholders.
- Experienced in global mobility, corporate travel management, HR operations, or policy administration.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with travel booking systems, policy documentation, and expense tracking tools.
