Your Daily Basis:

1. Develop data-driven yet human-centered media strategies.
Help provide clarity and direction for marketing campaigns or initiatives
2. To become the bridge between the Creatives and the marketing, media, KOL, social team.
3. ⁠Collaborate with the creative team for strategic development.
4. ⁠Strong focus on data analysis and market insights to optimize campaign performance.
5. ⁠Support the leader by leading key projects and initiatives.
6. ⁠Oversee planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel advertising campaigns.
7. ⁠Collaborate closely with the account team to translate client briefs into actionable media recommendations.
8. ⁠Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

What You Will Need:

- You have at least 1 years of strategy experience in an agency or related environment.
- ⁠Ability to create human-centered and data-driven marketing campaign in a form of creative pitch deck.
- ⁠Ability to support Creatives and Designers with relevant stimulus, routes, or advice.
- ⁠Ability to visualize simple customer journeys in clear & compelling ways
- ⁠Deep understanding on social listening and market research tools such as Sprout Social, GWI, and other relevant tools.
