Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager, located in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily Front Office operations, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Duties include managing Front Office Team Members, coordinating with other departments, handling guest inquiries, and administrative tasks related to the Front Office.
Qualifications
- Skills in Opera (Opera Cloud is a plus), Front Office and Office Administration
- Proficient in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Indonesian nationality
