Join us as a Business Development Lead for Japan Conditioning Academy, a prestigious Pilates Instructor Specialist Academy from Japan. You will be leading the Business Development team and play a crucial role in scaling our mission across Indonesia.
As the Business Development Lead, you will oversee and guide the entire business development function including sales, marketing, and operations, while working closely with the Japanese leadership team to ensure quality and consistency in our brand.
Responsibilities- Lead and Manage the Business Development Team: Supervise, mentor, and support business development staff to ensure optimal team performance and professional growth.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and secure strategic business opportunities to expand JCA's reach and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Strategize and Execute Marketing Plans: Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute campaigns that effectively promote JCA's programs.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth operations including budgeting, resource planning, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and key stakeholders to support sustainable growth.
- Collaborate Cross-Culturally: Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders and ensure alignment with Japan HQ.
- Analyze and Report: Utilize data insights to refine strategies, measure performance, and present reports to top management.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Proven track record in sales growth, market expansion, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Japanese (Minimum JLPT N3 certification).
- Strong business acumen, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in wellness, education, or fitness industry is a plus.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
