General Manager of Production (Automotive Division)
Are you a seasoned production leader with a passion for the automotive industry? Do you have a track record of driving efficiency, quality, and innovation in manufacturing? We're seeking an exceptional General Manager of Production to lead our production department at our Curug Tangerang, Banten facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire production process, from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective production of high-quality products
* Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation, and quality control programs to meet market demands
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including suppliers, managers, and team leaders, to ensure a seamless production process
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives through change management, best practices, and process optimization
* Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and safety protocols to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
* Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management, recommending adjustments to plans as needed
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
* 8+ years of experience as a General Manager in Production or a similar leadership role in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive or heavy industry
* Strong understanding of production and manufacturing operations, quality standards, and health & safety regulations
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to report on key production metrics
* Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
