What You’ll Do
We are looking for Lead Pipeline Installation Engineer to join our team in Indonesia.
The Role Responsibilities Include
- Provide professional technical services for the planning and execution of the offshore construction and installation scope for the big bore pipeline at both shallow and deep water; with focus on the successful execution of the project on time, within budget and in accordance with project requirements, specifications and standards.
- Responsible for developing the construction plan, load out, transportation & installation strategy for the offshore works (i.e. Installation crossing the trough, escarpment, shallow and deep-water zones, crossing with 3rd party facilities, and installation on top of grout bags) as well as pipeline shore pull activities.
- As a focal point with main responsibility of communication with other stakeholders in areas related to the construction and installation engineering, safety, quality, and operational aspects to manage and resolve technical and engineering issues in a timely manner and ensure clarity and effective management.
- Extensive experience in FEED and EPCI projects activities related to installation engineering of big bore and deep-water pipeline.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering; Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Ideally Chartered Engineer
- 15 Years in Oil and Gas
- 10 Years in pipeline installation engineering discipline
- 5 Years as lead pipeline installation engineer
- Proficient knowledge and working experience of installation engineering involved with all phases of projects from FEED to detail design and through to construction and pre-commissioning, project management and QC controls and procedures relating to project delivery.
