Tasks

Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare Quotations, Sales Orders, and other related Sales & Project documents.

  • Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring timely follow-up on Sales inquiries.

  • Maintain and update customer and Sales Data in the system.

  • Coordinate with the Sales Team and other Departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Communicate with customers regarding Order Status, Project Status, Delivery Schedule, and general inquiries.

  • Track and Monitor Project timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.

  • Assist in preparing Sales Report and analyzing Sales Performance.

  • Support the team in handling administrative tasks related to Sales and Project coordination.

  • Ensure proper documentation and filling of Sales Contract, Agreements and Invoices.


Required Skills and Competencies:



  • Administrative Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and familiarity with document management.

  • Project Skills: Strong Project Coordination and Timeline Management.

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, One Drive and Experience with ZOHO CRM or ERP System is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent both verbal & written communication skills.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights, quick thinking and resourcefulness in resolving day-to-day administrative challenges.

  • Teamwork and Collaboration: A proactive and cooperative attitude to support multiple teams. Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.


Requirements

Qualifications and Experience



  • Prior experience 4-years in an Administrative or Project role.

  • Familiarity with Sales and Project workflows is preferred.

  • Knowledge of Sanitary Ware or Construction Industry is a plus.
