Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain consistent ore quality.
  2. Oversee sampling, testing, and analysis of nickel ore, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.
  3. Prepare and present reports on ore quality, highlighting any deviations and proposed solutions.
  4. Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations and company policies.
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ore quality control processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of relevant experience, preferably in the nickel mining sector.
  • Certified Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) or higher.
  • Supporting training & certification in related fields is a plus.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Adequate understanding of EHS regulations preferably with supporting certifications.
