- Final year student of a bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Prior knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas and other financial software/tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English communication is preferred.
- Willing to work on-site at our West Jakarta office.
- Record and track budget variances at the transaction level, providing insightful comments on budget vs actual expenditure.
- Monitor budget variances for CAPEX & overhead expenses, and facilitate visibility to internal finance for YTD requests to enhance forecast precision and optimize cash flow management.
- Work alongside the accounting team to set up the Chart of Accounts (COA) for budget items, ensuring coherence between recorded expenditures and budget projections.
- Coordinate communication groups to enhance collaboration between finance and other divisions, thereby promoting effective project execution.
- Ensure meticulous organization of budget files to support efficient tracking and easy accessibility.
- Undertake various ad hoc financial tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance department.
