  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor to lead our financial operations, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and oversee accounting processes. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a solid background in finance and taxation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Sr. Staff / Supervisor
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking); Mandarin is a plus
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, Tax Brevet A/B) are preferred
  • Experience in shipping/logistics companies or KAP (Kantor Akuntan Publik) is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, cost control, AR/AP, and tax regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, ERP)
  • Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws & customs regulations for import/export activities

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • High responsible to complete job responsibility on time and accurate

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial reports (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Budgeting, etc.)
  • Analyze corporate financial performance for management decision-making
  • Oversee daily, monthly, and yearly financial operations, including AP/AR, tax filings, payroll, and general ledger
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and international trade regulations for import/export activities
  • Manage tax filings (PPh Badan, PPh 21, 23, VAT, etc.) and Coretax reporting
  • Supervise and mentor junior finance staff, including AP/AR clerks and tax assistants
  • Monitor SOP implementation, bank reconciliation, and financial transaction accuracy
  • Develop and review KPIs for the Finance, Accounting, and Tax department
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow
