Job Description

Overview Position:

This position plays a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting talent management and organization development initiatives across the organization. The incumbent will collaborate closely with HRBP, department heads, and leadership teams to drive a fair, structured, and growth-focused approach to performance management and career development. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to enhance talent programs and support strategic HR initiatives.

Below are some of the key responsibilities but not limited to:

Performance Management & Evaluation

  • Support the end-to-end performance management process, including objective-setting, monthly check-ins, mid-year reviews, and annual performance reviews.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in performance assessments through calibration sessions and talent reviews.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related policies, tools, and best practices.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to address underperformance.

Talent & Career Development

  • Collaborate with HRBPs and department heads to facilitate career progression and promotion processes.
  • Drive the development and implementation of competency models to guide employee growth and performance assessments.
  • Support the design and implementation of succession planning frameworks to identify and develop future leaders.
  • Conduct data analysis on promotion trends, performance outcomes, and talent pipeline health.



Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective people initiatives, preferably in the Tech, Telco, or FMCG industries.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of OD and talent development strategies and methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent self-awareness, communication, and interpersonal skills
