  • Yield & Process Optimization
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze yield losses using Fishbone, 5W, DOE, and Pareto analysis, targeting a ≥20% annual yield improvement.
  • Drive Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) projects to optimize pick-and-place, soldering, coating, and other critical processes.
  • Improve workflows, reduce cycle times, and optimize layouts using CAD and simulation tools to minimize waste.
  • Quality & Customer Satisfaction
  • Implement SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans to enhance process stability and reduce customer complaints.
  • Resolve escalated quality issues (e.g., solder defects, component failures) through robust CAPA and supplier/material evaluations.
  • Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a team of 10+ process engineers, setting KPIs for scrap reduction, productivity, and complaint resolution.
  • Train engineers in advanced problem-solving techniques and industry best practices (DFM, PFMEA).
  • Technical Innovation
  • Collaborate with PE and R&D teams to qualify new materials and equipment.
  • Drive automation and digitalization initiatives (IoT, MES integration) to enhance throughput and process efficiency.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other industry standards.
  • Present weekly/monthly reports to executives on project ROI, cost savings, scrap rates, and quality metrics.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification, with a proven track record in DMAIC projects (e.g., yield improvement, OEE optimization).
  • Expertise in quality tools: DOE, SIPOC, Fishbone, 5W, FMEA, SPC, Control Charts.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes: soldering, molding, coating, aging oven & profiling, AOI systems, package/substrate dicing, measuring/testing, etc.
  • Experience with Minitab, JMP, CAD/CAM software, and ERP/MES systems.
  • Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies (vision systems, predictive maintenance).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with an agile mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
