- Establish, leading and maintain Kohler business mostly with Top 10 Developers and 2nd
- Establish and maintain regular contact with distributors in assigned area to introduce and
marketing goals and policies.
- Provide guidance and review the activities of distributor sales; provide training and assist
- Establish and maintain contact with potential and existing design architects and
products.
- Establish and maintain regular contact with contractors, general contractors, builders,
for their customers.
- Analyze and evaluate assigned area regarding sales trends and potentials, competition,
sales programs and distributorships to make area operation more effective in meeting
sales volume quotas.
- Prepare annual sales forecast for assigned area based on knowledge of area sales
- Conduct distributor warehouse and on-site consumer inspections as required, serve
performance.
- Ensure smooth handover of approved or specified projects to distributors, and closely
completion of signed contracts.
- Attend and participate in Company sales meeting and trade or industry meetings, shows

Skills/Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & PERSONALITY TRAITS REQUIREMENTS
- University graduated in marketing, interior design, architecture or business administration
- Minimum 5 years experiences in sales area especially in PROJECT SALES area and
- Have a strong networking and proven has successfully working with Property Developers
- Have relations with Architects, Consultants and Interior design firm
- Can work under pressure and high targets.
- Target oriented and aggressive sales characteristic. Can penetrate both directly to
- Capability to work independently (analyze, plan, action, control) with initiative and
- Good team player and collaboration with other departments.
- Experienced in Bath and kitchen industry would be preferred
- Good command of English communication skills
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Frequent travels
- Have experience with Salesforce.com or Power BI is preferred
- Good Microsoft office skill: Excel, PPT and MS Word
