Job Description
- Collaborate with related department in Global Employability & Alumni for BINUS Career Center for employability program and services in related campus
- Ensure effective day-to-day operational activity and collaboration with BINUS Career Center, Internship Center, and Alumni Relation Office to support activities in Global Employability & Alumni
- Coordinate survey for:
- Students and alumni related to planning for career development, entrepreneurship and alumni program
- All graduate regarding partnership program with Global Employability & Alumni or company satisfaction survey of BINUS @Campus alumni work performance
- Post Global Employability & Alumni event feedback
- Perform corporate function in partnership with Internship Placement Company, guest speaker, sponsorship, career preparation program, etc.
- Coordinate with Internship Center and Faculty/School related to implementation of Enrichment Program (Internship Track & Specific Study Independent Track)
- Recommend program related to planning and career development, career opportunity and alumni communication program
- Responsible to solicit continual feedback from recruiters to ensure satisfaction with both students and services
- Deal with a variety of ad hoc issues to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of recruiters.
- Provide support in events/meetings for recruiters during their visits to campus.
- Provide planning and oversight for any career assistance for students & alumni (e.g. career counseling, career program, workshops, interview simulation, CV review)
- Enhance the interaction and good relationship through networking program among alumni, students and BINUS Campus
- Enhance the alumni experience and delivers greater value to our BINUS University community
- Coordinate all activities of alumni association and propose improvement program related to alumni community & association
- Engage alumni in fund-raising to support innovative BINUS University projects and programs
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
- Minimum Master's Degree
- Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
- Minimum 4 years of working experience
- Willing to be placed in Medan
- Corporate Relation Experience
- Experience with Entrepreneurship Area
- Project Management Fundamentals
