Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly responds to media inquiry within his/her responsibility in clear, professional and detailed manner
  • Demonstrates effective English communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely express ideas both verbally and in writing
  • Communicates in polite and professional manner all hotel requirement and boundaries to client / organizer to establish mutual agreement and understanding during having events at Alila Seminyak
  • Acts as a communication bridge between management and client whenever there is discrepancy or potential glitch until it can be resolved
  • Works with Front Office and Food & Beverage department to co-ordinate guest lists, invitations for VIP receptions, luncheons, dinners or any other hotel events
  • Organize and assist media familiarization trips, bloggers, photo and video shootings in liaise with Director of Sales & Marketing, record regularly and disseminate information to all concern according to Alila Seminyak requirement
  • Coordinate with media, in liaise with Director of Sales & Marketing, to provide them with required information, assisting in media planning and ensuring media placement
  • Management and monitoring of all social media channels of Alila Seminyak under supervision of Director of Sales & Marketing and Cluster Digital Marketing Manager to increase the direct booking, target to post and comment daily on all social media channels, within the guidance and compliance of Alila/Hyatt
  • Responsible for all the wordings of the hotel communication tools, coordinate with the brand copy writer based on need

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 Year’s Experience in the marketing field in Hospitality industry.
  • Strong ability to build networks and relationships, and maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Communication Skills high level of both written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent Knowledge of PowerPoint Presentation.
