The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, from attracting and assessing talent to hiring the best candidates. Responsibilities include employer branding initiatives, conducting interviews, and effective recruiting strategies to ensure we bring in top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
  • Experience in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing
  • Strong skills in Interviewing and Candidate Assessment
  • Proven ability in Recruiting strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the tech industry or government sector is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
