Uraian Pekerjaan

• Reporting to the TM Manager Flooring, be responsible for product Engineer for flooring and Industrial manufacture
• Achieve agreed sales and contribution target / budget and promote Sika products to all potential customers in the designated territory.
• Provision of necessary customer, product & market information as directed by the superior / TM Manager to enable the necessary regional support requirements to be realized.
• Effectively respond to market conditions and customer requirements.
• Active to supporting TM Flooring in reviewing market situation and developing new products as market needs
  
  

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Civil Engineering or any Engineering discipline;
• 3 years in similar capacity or in Engineering field, or other majors with min 5 years of work experience in construction chemical
• Excellent computer skills including PowerPoint presentation and Excel spreadsheet applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Based in Jakarta but able to travel when required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English would be advantageous.
• Strong inter-personal, leadership and management skills.
