The Role:
- Track down and bring in training vendors and speakers (soft skill training most likeable) from initial sourcing and contract agreements, through budget management and program execution.
- Act as the main point of contact for external training programs, including working with guest speakers

- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and critical thinking.
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Experience in managing programs or projects, ideally in training or education, is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with curriculum planning is an advantage.
