The Role:

  • Track down and bring in training vendors and speakers (soft skill training most likeable) from initial sourcing and contract agreements, through budget management and program execution.

  • Eager to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and critical thinking.
  • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Experience in managing programs or projects, ideally in training or education, is a plus.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with curriculum planning is an advantage.
