  1. Sales Target Achievement: Lead the sales team to diligently achieve and exceed sales targets in Indonesia.
  2. Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leveraging various sales channels.
  3. Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline that accurately reflects sales prospects and the sales process.
  4. Follow-Up on Inquiries: Promptly follow up on sales inquiries received through email, calls, and other channels to ensure timely responses and success in closing sales.
  5. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, including competitor analysis, to provide insights into market dynamics and trends specific to the Indonesian market.
  6. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate gaps, identify opportunities, and uncover untapped potential within the Indonesian market.
  7. Product Promotion and Sales: Promote and sell a diverse range of products, including food ingredients, flavors, and HORECA chain products such as syrups, popping boba, jams, etc.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and meet customer needs.
  9. Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors to meet business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the flavor industry, food ingredients, trading business, or HORECA chain.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
  5. A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
  6. Willingness to travel within Indonesia as needed.
  7. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for effective communication.
  8. Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances of Indonesia.
