The Production Trainer is responsible for delivering structured training programs to production employees, ensuring competency development and compliance with operational procedures. Major Accountabilities:

  • Training delivery to operation team which include but not limited to New Hire Orientation, annual qualification, On Job Training (OJT), refresher SOP training.
  • Create training curriculum and training plan.
  • Ensure all employees complete required training in accordance.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and area owner to improve training effectiveness.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training programs or interventions.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and other trainers to standardize training methodologies.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Training effectiveness (GDP error rate, training satisfactory, 1st pass rate).
  • Training compliance and documentation.
  • Continuous improvement at Training area.
  • Process Simplification.
  • Training material development.
  • Training completion at respective area.
