As part of this mission, we seek a Creative Coordinator to develop and manage BLESS’s digital presence, ensuring that its work and impact reach the right audiences in compelling and accessible ways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear and compelling narrative to strengthen BLESS’s identity.
  • Create a strategy for content calendar and engaging social media materials (captions, visuals, and storytelling).
  • Package key insights into accessible formats.
  • Implement strategies to grow audience interaction and ensure consistent engagement.
  • Monitor content performance and submit a final impact report with insights and recommendations.
  • Report the progress to the Program Manager, working closely with the Institutional Team to align content with BLESS’s mission.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in social media content creation or creative copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of planning social media, engagement tactics, and audience analytics.
  • Ability to storytelling-driven content and write compelling captions that align with BLESS’s mission.
  • Experience in managing and disseminating information and narratives through various digital channels.
  • Experience in disseminating information relating to leadership insights, tools, methodologies, and bioeconomy is a plus.
  • Experience in creating engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms.
  • Having graphic design skills (proficiency in Canva) and basic knowledge of video editing (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with vendors handling creative assets and ensure quality control.
