About the role

We are seeking a Mandarin Translator to join our team at PT. Huaneng New Material in Weda, North Maluku. As a full-time Mandarin Translator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between our organisation and our Mandarin-speaking partners and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing accurate and efficient Mandarin-Indonesian translation services, including document translation, interpretation, and language support for meetings and daily work
  • Assisting with the localisation of company materials, ensuring consistent messaging and branding
  • Participating in the review of translated materials

What we're looking for

  • Excellent fluency in Mandarin Chinese and Indonesia, with the ability to translate between the two languages with a high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrated experience in a professional translation or interpretation role, preferably within a corporate or industrial setting
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  • Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
