Job Description
- Setting, developing, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Leading and managing the sales team across various regions to enhance performance.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
- Building and nurturing relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners.
- Optimizing sales and distribution operations to maximize market reach.
- Managing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
- Working closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product availability and visibility.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Preferred candidates with extensive experience in distribution, particularly within the food & beverage, alcoholic drinks, tobacco, and related industries with a HoReCa channel.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1).
- At least 15 years of experience in the sales field.
- Expertise in Territory Management & Distributor Management.
- Capability to implement marketing plans effectively.
- In-depth understanding of distribution within the beverage/consumer goods/FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A well-established network and strong relationships with third-party stakeholders.
