Our client is a growing local company with top-of-mind alcohol beverages in the market looking to hire National Sales Manager position to lead end-to-end brand sales, distributor management, and distribution expansion across the nation with big focus on Horeca/On-Premise channel.

Job Description

  • Setting, developing, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Leading and managing the sales team across various regions to enhance performance.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners.
  • Optimizing sales and distribution operations to maximize market reach.
  • Managing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
  • Working closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product availability and visibility.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.


The Successful Applicant

  • Preferred candidates with extensive experience in distribution, particularly within the food & beverage, alcoholic drinks, tobacco, and related industries with a HoReCa channel.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1).
  • At least 15 years of experience in the sales field.
  • Expertise in Territory Management & Distributor Management.
  • Capability to implement marketing plans effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of distribution within the beverage/consumer goods/FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A well-established network and strong relationships with third-party stakeholders.
