Job Responsibilities:

1.Daily Operations Management:

  • Manage the daily human resources tasks for projects in Indonesia, covering but not limited to recruitment, training, attendance, performance, and compensation & benefits.

2.Administrative Support:

  • Support administrative activities related to projects in Indonesia, including management coordination, meetings, documentation, and immigration procedures.

3.Policy and Procedure Development:

  • Assist in the establishment of HR and administrative systems and processes for overseas companies, ensuring compliance with local employment policies and regulations.

4.Reporting and Feedback:

  • Work under the guidance of the group headquarters, providing regular reports and feedback on activities to the Group HR and Administration Center.

5.Additional Tasks:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

1.Educational Requirements:

  • Associate degree or higher.

2.Experience:

  • At least one year of experience in HR and administration in Indonesia is preferred.

3.Policy Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with local Indonesian employment and labor policies is advantageous.

4.Communication Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5.Adaptability:

  • Highly adaptable with a willingness to be posted overseas for extended periods.
