Resposibility:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Support in developing and refining company SOPs to ensure process efficiency.
  • Help in designing and analyzing KPI measurement systems for different departments.
  • Conduct workload analysis to enhance employee productivity and optimize job roles.
  • Assist in organizational development initiatives, including hierarchy structuring and workforce planning.
  • Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and help plan employee development programs.
  • Manage HR documentation, reports, and employee records using Microsoft Office & Google Suites.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve HR workflows and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management or related fields.
  • Understanding of SOP development, KPI implementation, and organizational structuring.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and training methodologies (TNA is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills for workload and performance assessment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Suites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit to a 6-month internship (WFO in Jakarta).
