Financial Controller

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Controller to manage the hotel's financial operations and contribute to its ongoing growth and success with qualifications and responsibilities follows :

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Background as a Public Accountant is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards within the hotel industry.
• Have a good understanding and knowledge of accounting, finance and Tax
• Familiar with finance consolidation, analyst and reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and hotel management systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Placement in Yogyakarta

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenditures to ensure the hotel's financial performance meets targets.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard the hotel's financial assets.
• Lead the preparation of the hotel's budget and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with department heads to track financial performance and assist with budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, hotel financial policies, and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.
• Provide senior management with financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Train, mentor, and develop the finance team to maintain high financial management standards.
