Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, ensuring high quality and consistency. Daily tasks include handling customer orders, operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing exceptional customer service. The Barista will also participate in product demonstration and promotions, and work collaboratively with staff to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
- Prior experience in the coffee industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
