Responsibilities:
- Manage affiliate programs in the TikTok shop & Shopee affiliate platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Affiliate’s to maximize collaboration opportunities.
- Optimize Affiliate partnerships to drive engagement, sales, and brand growth.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant Affiliate based on company needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase GMV through Creator/Affiliate acquisition.
- Develop creative ideas for community programs
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) and external parties to ensure smooth execution of community programs.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in MCN (Multi-Channel Network) or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Shopee platforms.
- Strategic mindset with a strong commitment to achieving acquisition targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Performance-driven with a resilient and results-oriented attitude.
- Domicilied Semarang / Central Java is point plus
- Willing to stay at Sub Office Semarang
