Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Industrial Engineering
  • Preferably have prior 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Recruitment Background
  • Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
  • Strong data analytical, logical & critical thinking is required, resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong business acumen, strategy thinking, and driving changes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (especially Power Point, Excel)
