What you'll be doing:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Negotiations: Handle contract negotiations to foster long-term relationships and customer trust.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met seamlessly.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify and support opportunities for business growth while prioritizing customer retention.
- Adaptation: Develop and adjust strategies to address changing customer needs, focusing on retaining satisfied clients.

Who we are looking for:
- Experience: At least 4 years in field sales, Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on loyalty and retention.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong listening abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiation to resolve issues and create mutually beneficial agreements.
- Target-Oriented: Results-driven with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving retention goals.
- Language Proficiency: Able to speak German fluently (preferable), with an understanding of global business practices and cross-cultural communication.
- Preferred: Experience working abroad or with international clients.
- Work Location: Willingness to work onsite in Jakarta.
