  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Responsible for maintaining and developing the Operation System to ensure operation process sustainability
  • Project-managed operation system enhancement plan and tracking
  • Liaise and work with local/regional product team to deliver system enhancement within scope and in a timely manner
  • Ensure system troubleshooting is being responded to and resolved within the SLA
  • Ensure all operation teams are well-trained in using the operation system
  • Ensure FRF, BRD, and UAT are delivered on time
  • Improve operation process efficiency through system feature development

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or any related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in an Express/Logistics company as an Operation System Product or similar role
  • Excellent understanding and experience in System Operation Process flow and Information System Implementation
  • Excellent knowledge in Transport Management System, ERP, SAP, Oracle
  • Experienced in System Project Management
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation slides skill
  • Good working knowledge of transport and delivery operations and the e-commerce market
  • Willing to be placed in North Jakarta and travel to other regions
