About the Role
As a Search Quality Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality of search engine results by ensuring the accuracy, relevance, and reliability of online content. In addition to evaluating search results, you will provide expert guidance, manage task-related communication, and support the development of best practices within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control & Feedback: Provide detailed feedback on tasks, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Task Instruction Management: Monitor the relevance of task instructions, suggest improvements, and make necessary corrections.
- Chat Administration & Support: Manage task-related discussions, answer questions, and provide expert advice.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate issues related to search engine processes.
- Handling Complex Assignments: Perform and oversee complex, non-standard tasks requiring advanced expertise.
- Training & Development: Train and onboard new performers, conduct webinars, and facilitate adaptation processes.
- Qualifying Evaluation: Mark up qualifying tasks to ensure the right candidates are selected for them.
- Operational Support: Assist with data collection, communication, meetings, and other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
- Native Indonesian speaker with deep cultural and linguistic understanding.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above for effective communication with international teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in quality assessment, training, or team support is a plus.
Please note that the amounts listed represent the monthly earnings for full-time work. Payments will be made on an hourly basis. For example, a Search Quality Improvement Lead working 40 hours per week at an hourly rate of approximately $1.88 USD would earn $300 USD per month.
