Job Summary:

Your role:
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Job Description
Job Summary:
To ensure the smooth operation of the services business, by using data & analytics to identify areas of opportunity or improvement and provides operational solutions by analyzing, problem solving, collaborating, and executing against a plan through to completion and improvement of the operations.
Your role:
- Managing customer complaint or customer request and register them in the service management system / SAP.
- Determine the routing of the customer call depending on the customer’s request and contract obligations.
- Make sure to assign and dispatch Field Services Engineers (FSE’s) based on service orders and schedule.
- Make sure to order spare parts if required (if logistics officer is not in the office) and inform FSE on delivery schedule.
- Coordinate to sales service team to create a T&M quote based on requested services from a customer.
- Coordinate Preventive Maintenance schedule with FSE and escalate to Team Leader or Operation Manager for non-compliance.
- Manage work in progress by reviewing the status of all services work orders and take appropriate actions to push service work orders to the next status.
- Create Travel Request and approval based on the field activities requirements
- College diploma or bachelor's degree (preferably in a mathematics or science related qualification).
- At least 2-3 years of related experiences with 6 months prior experience in analytical type role is a huge advantage.
- Ability to communicate in English is required in addition to local language of Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certified in Excel or equivalent preferred with comprehensive PC skills (e.g. experience with Microsoft Windows and Office software applications, preferably excellent skills in Excel).
- Prior experience in Lean, Six Sigma, problem solving, daily management or equivalent preferred but not essential.
- Prior experience within a business analyst or reporting environment preferred.
