Job Description:
- Responsible for identifying, collecting, and providing KOL resources required for the project according to business goals and planning video themes and ideas.
- Responsible for communicating with KOL on specific cooperation matters to ensure output delivery and achieve the expected results.
- Collaborate with a cross-team to develop community engagement strategies aligned with project goals and values.
- Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain a good relationship with KOLs and influencers.
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Provide accurate timing estimates on work.
- Coordinated with the analyst and strategy team to analyze content and key metrics to develop reports and gather insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to KOL marketing and influencer outreach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of one year experience in KOL, community management or related role.
- Have passion and a good understanding of social media and influencer marketing.
- Experience in content curation and community management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to create innovative activation plans.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have a great work ethic.
- Vaccinated and able to work on-site if needed (We are located in Cipete, South Jakarta).
