  • Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory tracking
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to assist non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
